The Initial Consultation
Your initial visit involves a two to three hour discussion (no physical exam). We talk with you in the hopes of understanding as much as possible about you: physically, emotionally, and mentally. There are thousands of remedies and often hundreds for any particular symptom. As there are sometimes subtle differences between remedy states, we must investigate all parts of your life in great detail in order to select the best remedy for you.

Remedies
We’d like at least a week to decide on a remedy; then we will call you and have the remedy sent to you in the mail.
Follow-up Appointments
Follow-up appointments are usually 2 months after the initial appointment (6 weeks or so after taking the remedy). Additional follow-up appointments may be 8-12 weeks later depending on how you are doing. You may or may not get a remedy at each visit.

Phone Calls Between Appointments
Once you have had your initial consultation, you are free to call to check in as needed via phone or email. We enjoy hearing how things are going for you,so don’t hesitate to call or email.
Acute Illness
After you’ve had your initial consultation you are also welcome to call for help with any acute illnesses. Phone calls for acutes are charged the $20 emergency phone consult fee.
