Many natural food stores and cooperatives sell homeopathic remedies.
Single Remedies (sold in tubes labeled with a single remedy) Stores sell remedies in low potency (lower doses) which are not usually used by experienced homeopaths. Stores only sell a few dozen remedies, while homeopaths have access to thousands of remedies for use in classical homeopathy.
You can be successful using these remedies for acute illnesses. However, the labels of medical conditions healed by the remedies are misleading. To appropriately use these types of remedies for things like cold and flus it’s best to buy a book to help you. The following book is a good place to start for beginners.
Homeopathic Medicine at Home, Panos & Heimlich , 1981 (about $11 on Amazon)

Homeopathic Combination Remedies (sold usually in bottles labeled with illness) There are many products on sale in stores that are labeled as homeopathic. They may or may not contain actual remedies. Usually they contain a collection of different remedies in hopes that one might work for the specific illness you have. Although this may be worth a try, it’s seldom a successful approach.
