The Initial Consultation involves a two to three hour discussion (no physical exam). We talk with you in the hopes of understanding as much as possible about you: physically, emotionally, and mentally. Then we try to match you with the best remedy for you.
Remedies are taken just a few times (or daily depending on your case). No changes in diet or medications are required. Remedies are made from natural substances and most often come in the form of sugar pellets you place under your tongue.

Follow-up Appointments are usually 2 months after the initial appointment (6 weeks or so after taking the remedy). Additional follow-up appointments may be 8-12 weeks later depending on how you are doing. You may or may not get a remedy at each visit.
Homeopathy is a Process. If you’d like to try homeopathy, you should think of it as a process and give it at least 6-12 months. Selecting the best remedy for you involves getting to know you and this takes place over time. Homeopathy is about helping your body to heal itself, not just hiding symptoms, and this also takes time. Some people feel results immediately, most people feel better within 6 months, and over the course of a year usually clear improvement can be seen. But each case is individual and results can vary.
